Alzheimer’s Network for Treatment and Diagnostics (ALZ-NET) Stakeholder Webinar

    Friday, June 24, 11am – 12pm CT

OBJECTIVE: The Alzheimer’s Association, in partnership with the American College of Radiology, the American Society of Neuroradiology, the Department of Biostatistics, Brown University School of Public Health and the Critical Path Institute, along with other clinical research and imaging experts, are launching the Alzheimer’s Network for Treatment and Diagnostics (ALZ-NET). ALZ-NET will build on expertise from successful registries in Alzheimer’s and other therapeutic areas which demonstrated large-scale, real-world data collection in dementia practice is feasible for addressing critical research questions. ALZ-NET will establish a network of national sites that follow participants over time with an expandable platform, allowing for the collection of real-world data from enrolled patients receiving novel FDA-approved Alzhiemer’s disease therapies. ALZ-NET will be a resource for evidence gathering, information sharing, and education across clinical and research communities, encouraging innovative, inclusive research and supporting opportunities to improve care.

Join this stakeholder webinar to learn more about the ALZ-NET leadership, partners, goals and objectives, plans for data flow, incorporation of affiliated studies and timeline to launch. The webinar will include a short presentation with time for Q&A. The meeting will be recorded for those who are not available to watch it live, but please register to receive a copy of the recording.

AUDIENCE: Clinicians, healthcare providers, payers, and researchers in academia, government, regulatory, and the pharmaceutical or diagnostic industries with interests in Alzheimer’s disease treatment, care, drug development and open science.
