8:00 am: The Longest Ride8:00 am: The Longest Ride – This is a "family fun" ride to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association Longest Day. We ride to honor those who face Alzheimer’s with strength, heart, and endurance every day of their lives. Our ride is only a small sacrifice that does so much to support programs and services for those living with Alzheimer’s disease. All riders will ride at Anderson Point Park, 20 Anderson Point Drive in Raleigh, on Saturday June 24th, between 8:00AM and 1:00PM. We will have limited support provided, so you will need to bring your own hydration and nutrition. All riders must register at http://act.alz.org/thelongestridetld and may start their own fundraising page and challenge their friends and neighbors to help them raise money to fight Alzheimer's.
