This presentation is designed for diagnosed or suspected dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) patients, caregivers, and their loved ones. The speaker will provide an overview of the different types of Lewy body disease, including Parkinson’s disease with dementia (PDD), dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), and prodromal dementia with Lewy bodies. The symptoms, clinical features, and primary diagnostic criteria for DLB will be explained, as well as resources for patients and caregivers seeking information and support. Finally, this presentation will discuss current treatments and clinical trials for DLB.
