The Duke & UNC Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center invites you to join the Alzheimer’s Disease Discoveries in Medicine (ADD-ME) Roster. The goal of this roster is to collect the names and information of patients, study participants, family, caregivers, and community members who are interested in participating directly in Alzheimer’s Disease research.

By providing some basic information about yourself and your state of health, and by signing an electronic consent form, you will be added to the ADD-ME Roster. The whole process takes less than 20 minutes. Once registered, ADRC researchers may contact you when they are looking for participants for research studies.
