We invite you to join the Alzheimer’s Disease Discoveries in Medicine (ADD-ME) Roster.

The ADD-ME roster holds names, health and contact information for people who may want to participate in Alzheimer’s Disease research.

By providing some basic information about yourself and your state of health, and signing an electronic consent form, you can join the ADD-ME Roster. The whole process takes less than 20 minutes. Once registered, ADRC researchers may contact you when they are looking for research participants.
