When Can I Access My Funds?
- Funds are processed immediately

How to Use Your Prepaid Card
- Works like a regular credit card
- Can only spend up to your available balance
- Accepted anywhere Visa or Mastercard are accepted
💡 Example: A $50 card can be used for a $49.99 purchase, but not $50.01.
Card Types
- Virtual Cards: Use online or by phone
- Physical Cards: Use in stores, online, or by phone

Important Limitations
Prepaid cards cannot be used with:
– PayPal
– Venmo
– Apple Pay (some exceptions apply)
– Google Pay
– Samsung Wallet
Additional restrictions:
– Cannot be used at ATMs
– Some merchants may not accept prepaid cards
⚠️ If your card is declined, contact the merchant directly.
Usage Notes
- Can be used for purchases or bill payments
- Cannot be used for payments where funds are reusable
- Example: paying a credit card bill
Using Your Reward Link
- Click the Reward Link
- Choose your reward
- Select amount (must not exceed balance)
- Add to cart
- Checkout
- Enter name and email
- Accept terms
- Complete order
- Check email for gift cards
- Go to: https://www.rewardlink.io/redeem
- Enter your 16-digit code
- Choose rewards
- Select delivery method (email or mail)

Email Delivery: Within 1 business day
Mail Delivery: 7 – 10 business days
